A breathtaking depiction of Shiva as the Lord of Dance, Nataraja, gracefully hopping upon the body of the dwarf Apasmara to vanquish negative forces in the world. His face is serene, surrounded by a burning prabhamandala representing the universe. This one-of-a-kind Nataraja sculpture has 8 hands instead of only four. He holds many weapons, including a bell, a fly whisk, a water vessel, a double Dorje, a flame, and a string of mala beads.
